Evil is a song performed in the Descendants: Wicked World episode, Talking Heads. It is sung by Mal, who is possessed by her own necklace which had caused her to become evil yet again since everyone had argued over the Birthright jewels which doesn't help when Audrey accuses her of lying about being good, a choice Mal and her friends had made in Descendants
Story[]
Because of all the mischief, Mal has been causing since she found out that her birthright jewel is lost, Audrey believes that Mal was lying about her choice to be good. The VKs come to her defence, and end up arguing with the other AKs. Mal grows increasingly irritated by their bickering, causing her cursed necklace to revert her to being evil; she casts a spell to mangle their words. Though everyone is angry, Evie assures them that if they ask nicely, Mal will undo the spell.
However, Mal doesn't and instead starts singing about the joy of being evil. She even uses her magic to force everyone to dance until they discover eating undoes her magic. Audrey bans Mal from the event but is ignored by Mal who sings "Because I'm evil" and leaves.

- Mal's necklace being able to revert her to evil seems to be only exclusive given how she was never affected by it during the events of the films
- This is the first time since Desendants that Mal returns to her wicked roots, minus Descendants 2 where she returns to the Isle however that was only due to not feeling like she fit in and she willingly went back however in the Wicked World episode, her actions are caused by the necklace and are making her act evil
- This is the second time Mal sings about being evil, the other being Evil like me with the help of her mother who persuades her to go back on the right track to steal the wand. This is also the second song with evil as its name
